Our Purpose
To provide exceptional service rooted in the patient-provider relationship that goes beyond bandaging symptoms to treating root causes and helps you reach your mental health goals.

The Horizon Difference
We at Horizons Behavioral Health embrace the Institute of Medicine’s definition of quality: “The degree to which health care services increase the likelihood of desired health outcomes and are consistent with current professional knowledge.” At Horizons we also believe a key component of quality is the patient-provider relationship. We build collaborative relationships with our patients that are based on trust, mutual respect, and empathy. We know our personalized patient-centered approach increases patient satisfaction and helps achieve optimal outcomes.
We are an independent group of providers unhindered by the constraints of large corporate systems. We have the freedom to develop high quality patient-provider relationships that reflect our core values. We are small but mighty – we provide a full spectrum of psychiatric, therapeutic, and psychological services all under one roof so there is no need to run around to multiple places with a handful of referrals to get your mental health needs met.
